刘继军，1963年生，1982年就读于中国农业大学畜牧学院，获学士及硕士学位，现任中国农业大学动物科技学院教授，畜牧工程研究室主任，中国农业大学建筑设计院第五设计所所长，中国畜牧兽医学会家畜环境卫生分会副理事长。致力于教学、科研和技术推广工作。 “八五”期间，参加了农业部重点课题：“鸡舍通风及控制技术研究”，参与封闭型连栋鸡舍的顶采光与纵向通风技术的研究。“九五”期间，主持攻关项目“规模化畜禽场畜舍环境调控关键技术”的子课题两项，主要研究畜舍的局部供暖问题，主持或参加除臭剂饲喂畜禽除臭效果研究、粪便的堆肥腐熟处理方法、畜牧饲养设备的研制等自选课题。在应用领域，以畜牧场设计为主线，先后主持畜牧场的规划与设计20多项目。发表论文10多篇，参编4部教材与专业著作，其中《家畜环境卫生学》副主编，《现代养猪实用技术》副主编。 主持完成农业部畜牧兽医总站种羊场设计，农业部饲料质量检测中心试验猪场设计，中国农业大学动物科技学院试验猪场、试验鸡场设计，北京市种奶牛繁育示范场设计，北京基因达有限责任公司转基因奶牛场规划设计，天津鹰旺3000头奶牛示范场设计，黑龙江省胚胎工程技术中心奶牛场和肉种羊场设计，贵州省畜禽品种改良站肉牛场设计，贵州普定种猪场设计，山东横店集团万头肉牛场设计，山东日照入境奶牛隔离场设计，昆明良种牛胚胎生产示范基地场设计，福建长富乳业10年发展规划。
Jijun liu (The Associate Prof.)
Jijun liu was born in 1963, he got degrees of bachelor. and PhD. from China agricultural university in 1982, and Liu is now the Associate Professor of animal science and technology department of china agricultural university, the director of farm-engineering office , the fifth superintendent of architectural designing academy which belong to China agricultural university, the Associate-director of farm-environment sanitation branch of China livestock and veterinary academy.
He was engaged in teaching, science and technical research. During the period of the eighth five-year plan of China, he took part in an China Agricultural ministry’s key project “a research on the ventilation technology of henhouse”, as well as “a research on lighting design and ventilating technology of close-henhouse”. During the period of the ninth five-year plan, he was in charge of offset-tasks of a key project “the key technologies of barn environment regulating in large livestock farm”, and his research mainly related to Heating system. He also participated in the research on the effect of deodorizer which is used on animal, the methods of compost ferment, and the research of feeding equipment for livestock etc.. In application of product, he focused on the designing of livestock farm, more than twenty projects about livestock farm have been designed by Mr. Liu.
In addition, he had published ten papers, also participated in editing four textbooks and professional masterpieces, among which he was the associate editors of < science of farm environment and sanitation> and <practical techniques of modern hoggery>.
He finished the sheep farm designing of agricultural ministry livestock and veterinary station, the experiment swine farm designing from Ministry of Agricultural Feed Industry Centre, the experiment swine and chick farms designing from Animal Science and Technology Apartment of China Agricultural University, the breeder dairy demonstration farm designing of the capital Beijing, the trans-gene dairy cattle farm programming of Beijing Gene Da Ltd, the demonstration dairy farm designing of Tianjing Yingwang, the dairy and the sheep farms designing of Heilongjiang Embryo Engineering S&T Centre, the beef cattle farm designing of Guizhou Livestock Improvement Station., the boar farm designing of Guizhou Puding ,the farm for 10000 beef cattle designing of Shandong Hengdian group, the dairy cattle isolation farm of Shandong Rizhao City, the designing of excellent cattle embryo product demonstration Base in Kunming City, the 10-year development programming of Fujian Changfu Dairy Group.
