北京中农盛达科技有限公司副总经理，畜牧师。1986年毕业于中国农业大学动物科技学院动物营养专业。1986年7月~1994年12月在原北京市饲料公司东北旺配合饲料厂任技术经理；1995年1月~2003年9月在中韩合资北京味元饲料有限公司担任技术部部长。工作期间于1994、95、96年被粮食集团总工会评为“粮食职工明星”，1995、1999年两次被北京市总工会评为“爱国立功标兵”，1995年被中华全国总工会评为“全国先进女职工”，1995年被北京市妇联和市总工会评为“巾帼建功”三八红旗号先进个人，1999年被北京市妇女联合会、北京市总工会、北京市人事局评为“三八”红旗奖章荣誉称号。同时具有北京市标准化人员资格证书，北京市饲料检验化验资格证书。2004年4月参与组建北京中农盛达科技有限公司。
